Spend an afternoon under a canopy of trees and enjoy a five-course gourmet luncheon designed and presented by celebrity chef, author and television presenter Ben O'Donoghue.
Ben is one of the first and most loved Celebrity Chefs in Australia. With a career spanning over 2 decades in the UK and Australia he has appeared in successful prime time shows such as ‘The Best’ BBC2 UK and ‘Surfing the menu’ with Curtis Stone and published 4 books. Ben’s highlight of his career so far was catering the 2015 G20 summit, serving the leaders from around the world and having Barack Obama coming back for more!
He’s the owner of 3 successful and award winning Brisbane restaurant and retail fronts – Billykart Kitchen, Billykart West End and Billykart Bar, these venues encapsulate his signature laid back style, fresh local produce and distinctive flavour.
The exceptional menu will celebrate the fresh Western Downs produce and will be accompanied by sommelier-matched wines. It's set to be an elegant dining experience like no other.

||Jacket & tie for men, elegant pantsuit, skirt or party frock for ladies. Note, this event will be on grass, please choose your footwear accordingly.
||Enjoy sophisticated wines, specifically matched to each course of the menu by wine connoisseur, writer and columnist (The Courier Mail), Des Houghton. In addition, a full bar will be operating, with a range of beers, spirits and wines (cash and EFTPOS).
- Shuttle bus: A bus will leave from the bus shelter at Thomas Jack Park (Pratten Street) at 11.45am. The return bus will leave Brooklyn at 5pm. Cost is $5 per person, cash only
- Taxi: Dalby Cabs 4662 4555 (pre-book recommended, as there are a limited number of cabs)
